1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data I process, why, and on what legal basis

• Contact form (name, email address, subject, message). Purpose: answering your enquiry and, if you wish, preparing an offer. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser and IP address when the form loads). Purpose: keeping the form free of bots. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page), processed by my hosting provider. Purpose: security and stable operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Your cookie choice (one small cookie, see section 5). Purpose: remembering your consent decision. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).
• Optional analytics, only if you allow them. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). No analytics tool is active on the site at the time of writing; if one is added, it will load only after you consent and will be named here.

I do not sell your data, do not run ads, and do not make automated decisions about you.

3. Who receives your data

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, network security and the Turnstile spam check. Data may be processed in the United States; Cloudflare relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): delivers the email that your contact form sends me.

Both act as processors on my behalf. I share your data with no one else unless the law requires it.

4. Fonts and other external resources

Fonts are hosted on this site. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font service when you visit. The contact form loads the Cloudflare Turnstile script from Cloudflare.

5. Cookies

On your first visit a banner asks for your choice. "Accept all" and "Necessary only" are equally easy to pick. Nothing optional loads before you agree. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

6. How long I keep data

Contact enquiries stay in my email system for up to 2 years after our last message, then I delete them. If we start working together, invoices and contracts are kept for as long as Hungarian accounting law requires (8 years). Your cookie choice expires after 180 days and the banner asks again.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect what happened before. Email [email protected]. I answer within 30 days.

If you think I have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu, [email protected]. You may also go to court.

8. Changes

I update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
